Terms of Service
Agreement to Terms
1.1. By initiating a project with me, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Please review them carefully to ensure mutual understanding and alignment before we begin.
1.2. Failure to adhere to any of these terms may result in project cancellation without a refund, at my discretion.
Payment
2.1. All taxes, processing fees, or transaction charges incurred during payment transfer are the responsibility of the client.
2.2. For security purposes, all projects valued at $100 or more must follow one of the following payment structures:
Milestone-based payments, where each milestone is scoped and paid in full prior to execution.
A 100% upfront deposit.
2.3. All projects valued less than $100 must be paid in full upfront.
2.4. Refunds are only issued in cases where a clear fault lies on the my end. A change of mind does not qualify for a refund.
2.5. Refunds apply only to work that is incomplete or demonstrably faulty. Completed, delivered, and functional work is non-refundable.
2.6. I do not accept percentage of the game's revenue as sole compensation unless the game averages 100+ concurrent players.
Revisions
3.1. Minor revisions are included in the project scope.
3.2. Major revisions, significant changes in direction, or feature additions may incur additional charges.
3.3. Any bugs that appear before my work has been altered in any way and reported within 7 days of the final delivery will be fixed free of charge.
Confidentiality
4.1. I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio and on social media platforms, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4.2. Any source code will not be shared or redistributed.
4.3. All private information shared with me will be kept strictly confidential.
4.4. Client reviews may be displayed on my website along with the username provided and Studio title, unless the client explicitly requests anonymity.
Content Restrictions
5.1. I do not accept tasks that involve content conflicting with my religious values. This includes, but is not limited to:
Music-related work (implementing or editing music)
Gambling systems (paid loot boxes, chance-based rewards, etc.)
Inappropriate content (nudity, drugs, promotion of alcohol, sexual themes, etc.)
5.2. If you are unsure whether your project aligns with these guidelines, please clarify before placing an order to avoid cancellation.
Delays & Communication
6.1. Timely project delivery depends on communication and cooperation from both parties. Delays in providing required materials, assets, or approvals may result in adjusted timelines.
6.2. If either party anticipates a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, they must inform the other as early as possible and provide a revised timeline or response estimate.
6.3. I will provide regular updates on the project’s progress and respond to client inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.
Termination
7.1. Change of mind is a valid reason for cancellation but does not qualify for a refund.
7.2. In case of a refund, only the amount paid to me would be refunded and taxes will not be covered. This includes the 30% Roblox gamepass tax.
7.3. Cancellations are only allowed during the active development period. After the final deliverables have been submitted, the project cannot be cancelled to avoid the remaining payment.
7.4. If I choose to cancel the project, all completed work up to that point will be handed over to the Client. No additional payments will be required, and previously completed payments are not refundable.
7.5. If the Client is to cease communication or become unresponsive for more than 3 days at any point during a project without prior notice, I reserve the right to pause the project until further notice.
